A House of My Own, A Heart of My Own

A New Beginning — A Quiet Rebirth

ایک نیا آغاز — نرم سی دوبارہ پیدائش

I moved from one home to another,
crossing the long, fragile bridge of marriage
believing that one day I would find a place that felt truly mine.

At 34 years old, and 13 years into marriage,
standing in a completely different country,
I finally found it
a home shaped by my own choices,
my own peace,
my own voice.

I came from a simple world,
but with dreams that refused to stay small.
And in the silence of this new beginning,
a version of me emerged that I never knew existed
steadier, braver, softer, stronger.

I learned that home is not walls or rooms;
it is the moment you sit on a couch that belongs to you,
where your children’s laughter, tears, chaos, and noise
become a melody untouched by judgement.

Here, in this new freedom,
I met myself again
and she was worth the journey.

To be continued…

My journey of trusting myself, rebuilding confidence, and finding love for life again will unfold slowly:
piece by piece.
